FAQs
why moving mountains retreats?
Unlike other meditation and wellness retreats, Moving Mountains believes that attendees should leave with not only with spiritual tools and a cleansed soul, but with knowledge that can be passed down to others. We mix spiritual practice with education that allows attendees to take what they have learned and practiced at our retreats and implement those tools in their every day lives.
Understanding how past trauma can impact our spiritual journey is a integral piece to all Moving Mountains retreats. Attendees will be provided with a foundational course on the Mind-Body Connection, and how the use of metaphysical tools can be a powerful healer.
